At the heart of UK and at the heart of Europe

Thames Innovation Centre is the flagship building at the heart of Veridion Park.

Located in the up and coming Thames Gateway, Veridion Park has superb access to markets: on the doorstep of the City of London; with direct access to Europe via City Airport, the Eurostar, and the Channel Tunnel; easy access to five major international airports; and within an hour of other UK centres of technology such as Cambridge and Ipswich.

Thames Innovation Centre is about 15 minutes off of the M25 and about 35 mins from the City, by a direct rail route; and about 40 mins by road or rail from the Docklands Business Zone, and the ExCel Exhibition Centre.

Access to Europe and the World...

Thames Innovation Centre is currently just under 1 hour away from City Airport, by the Docklands Light Railway (DLR). The completion of the Woolwich Arsenal extension, which is due to open at the end of 2008 will cut the journey to about 20 minutes. From London City Airport, you can fly directly to locations all over Europe; Vienna to Dublin, from Oslo to Madrid; or catch a connecting flight via Europe to the rest of the world... From Tel Aviv to Toronto, from Abu Dhabi to Atlanta

Thames Innovation Centre is a 30 minute drive or taxi-ride from Ebbsfleet International Station – the fastest way to mainland Europe and a catchment of 10 million people. – From Ebbsfleet, Paris is just over 2 hours away; and you can reach Lille in 1 hr 10 mins, or Brussels in 1 hr 41 mins.

  The Thames Gateway is already one of the most well connected regions in the UK, with the fastest growing transport infrastructure in Europe and many new schemes underway. The UK government is commited to a number of exciting further transport initiatives, as part of a £9 billion investment across the Thames Gateway region. These include:

The Thames Gateway Bridge - an exciting new link between the North and South Sides of the River Thames - which is expected to be complete by 2016;

Crossrail - which will connect the Eastern and Western parts of London delivering substantial further economic benefits - with the first trains due to run by 2017
